Where can I find my insurance policy documents?
You can find your insurance policy documents on the Documents page of the Policy Management Portal. Follow these steps to be able to view your documents:
- Sign in to your Member Hub
- Click on Insurance in the menu
- Select View My Documents
- Select the policy you'd like to view the documents for:
- You can select the types of document you want to view by clicking on the documents drop down
- Click on View to open and view the document
- Alternatively you can click on Download to download the document directly to your device
- If you can't find the document you're looking for, fill out the short form on your right hand side and click Request. Our Customer Services team will get back to you with the required information.
