How can I start receiving documents by email?

To receive your RACT Insurance documents by email, just follow these simple steps. 

1. Sign in with your RACT account. 
2. Click “Account” from the navigation menu. 
3. Scroll down to “Document delivery preference”. 
4. Select “Email”.  
5. Click “Save changes” at the bottom of the screen.
