How do I lodge my claim?

We’ve made it easy to lodge your claim online.

Once you’re signed in, follow these easy steps:  

1. Enter the incident date and time.
2. Select “Car Insurance” to start a Motor Claim and then tell us these details:

• Your vehicle
• The type of incident it was involved in
• Whether the vehicle is safe to drive

1. If you select “Home Insurance”, tell us these details:

• The property where the incident happened
• The type of incident that happened
• The extent of damage to your property/contents
