Where can I get the details of my last renewal?

Whenever we offer to renew your policy, we’ll send you a renewal notice. You should receive this at least 14 days before your policy expires.  

If you need a copy, you can request one online by following these steps.  

1. Sign in to your online account.  
2. Select your insurance policy under “My products”.  
3. Scroll down to the “Document centre” and click “Request a document.”   
4. Select the document you need in the drop-down menu and click “Submit request.”  
5. You’ll receive your renewal notice within two business days.
