When you lodge a claim online, we’ll ask for any relevant photos or documents. There are a few ways to upload these.
- Using a computer, drag and drop documents or photos on to the grey drop area and click 'Upload file'.
- You can also click 'Browse' to select the documents or photos you want to add and then click 'Upload file'.
- If you’re using a mobile phone, just tap 'Take a picture or browse'. You can then select 'camera' to take a photo or choose an existing one from your gallery.
