How do I add documents and photos to my claim?

Inside our Online Claims platform, you will be asked to add any relevant photos or documents to your claim.

How to add documents or photos to my claim using a computer or laptop.

There are two ways you can upload documents or photos to your claim using a computer/laptop:

  1. Simply drag and drop documents or photos on to the grey drop area and click on UPLOAD FILE to add them to your claim.

  1. Or click on browse to select the documents or photos that you want to add and click on UPLOAD FILE to add them to your claim.

How to add documents or photos to my claim using a mobile phone.

On mobile, it is possible to take a picture and upload it directly to your claim or browse through your phone gallery to select the documents or photos you want to upload.

  1. Tap on 'Take a picture or browse' on your phone and select 'Camera' to open your camera feature. Take a picture with your phone camera and it will be directly uploaded to your claim.

  1. If you want to add documents or photos from your phone to your claim, tap on "Take a picture or browse' on your phone and then select from your gallery the files you want to upload to your claim.
