How do I update my contact details for my Insurance policy?

All RACT members are able to update their contact details for RACT products and services via the Member Hub.

Insurance members can also use the Policy Management Portal in Member Hub to update their policy contact details (see instructions below):

  1. Sign in to your Member Hub.
  2. Select Insurance in the menu.
  3. Select Update My Contact Details
  4. To be able to update your email address and phone number, click on Edit.
  5. Enter your new email address and mobile phone number on the Update Personal Contact Details form.
  6. Click the APPLY CHANGES button after you have entered your updated contact details.

A confirmation will pop up once the change has been processed.

Please note that if you want to update your address, give a call on 13 27 22 between Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm and Saturday from 9am - 2pm.
