We use one-time passcodes to keep your account safe. When you sign in, you can choose whether we send these to your email or phone. Here’s how.

 

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Select “Mobile” or “Email”, then click “Send”.
  3. When you receive your one-time passcode, enter it into the box and click “Verify code”.

 

Please note: You can add your mobile number or email address by selecting “Account” from the navigation menu at any time.
