Where can I get the details of my last renewal?
When we offer to renew your policy, we will send you a renewal notice at least 14 days before your policy expires.
If you need another copy of your renewal notice you can request this from the Documents page of the Policy Management Portal or call us on 13 27 22.

How to request a renewal notice from the Documents page?
Use the form on the Help Centre to request for your renewal information to be sent. On the form, after you have entered your email address, chose your policy number, select 'Renewal Policy Schedule' as document, add any additional information if required and click REQUEST.
