How do I view my RACT products and services?

You can view your RACT product holdings in two places:

1. On the Member Hub homepage

2. On the Membership Summary page

  1. On the Member Hub homepage - a condensed product summary is shown outlining your product holdings and their relevant anniversary dates.
  2. On the Membership Summary page - the membership summary page can be accessed in two ways. Firstly, by clicking on the "View Details" link at the bottom of the condensed summary on the Member Hub homepage OR secondly, by clicking on "Membership" in the main navigation and then selecting "Membership Summary" in the drop-down.
    The Membership Summary page provides extra detail around your product holdings as well as listing the addresses we have on record for you.
