Each member hub login (social or email) is based on a unique email address. Once a user has verified that they have access to a specific email address and has created an associated member hub account, that email address cannot be used again to create another login.
If you find that your desired email address has already been used to create a login, you'll need to use an alternate email address to sign up to the member hub.
If you're certain that no other parties would have access to your email address, please contact the call centre on 13 27 22 to look into this further.
