My digital card is having trouble being scanned at United service stations.

The United point-of-sale scanners should easily pick up and successfully scan your digital member card barcode from your device.

If the in-store barcode scanners are having trouble reading your digital member card, try the following suggestions:

  • Increase your device's screen brightness to 100%
  • Lay your device on the counter so it remains still while scanning
